Refund Policy

If Vapor Storage Manager is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to have used the software.
What this covers
The 14-day guarantee applies to every plan we sell — the lifetime licence, the annual subscription and the monthly subscription — bought directly through this website.
How to request a refund
Email us at the address at the bottom of this page from the address you paid with, and include your licence key or the Paddle order number from your receipt. That is all we need.
You can also request the refund directly from any Paddle receipt email, since Paddle is the seller of record for the order. Either route reaches us.
We answer refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, Paddle returns the money to the original payment method. Banks usually post it within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Subscriptions and renewals
Cancelling a subscription and refunding a payment are two different things.
- Cancelling stops all future charges. Your licence keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- You can cancel at any time from the manage-subscription link in any Paddle receipt, or by emailing us.
- If a renewal charged you unexpectedly, tell us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it and cancel the subscription.
After a refund
The licence key attached to the refunded order stops working — the application will report it as revoked at its next check. Please uninstall the paid build or continue with the free demo version.
Limits
We may decline a refund where an order was clearly abusive: for example a key that was shared, resold or published publicly, repeated buy-and-refund cycles on the same account, or a chargeback opened without contacting us first.
Your statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to your rights under consumer law and does not limit them. Customers in the EU and the UK have a statutory right of withdrawal on digital purchases; where that right gives you more than this policy does, it applies instead.
Who you paid
Payments for Vapor Storage Manager are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle appears on your bank or card statement, issues the invoice and handles sales tax. Refunds are issued through Paddle, but you can always start the request with us.
