Using the app at work? The personal plans above cover personal use only. A company, institution or any other legal entity needs the business plan — one seat per person who runs the app.
All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your country and shown before you pay.
Questions
What is the difference between the plans?
Only how you pay. All three unlock exactly the same application with every cleaning module and no item limit. The lifetime key is a one-off payment; the annual and monthly plans renew until you cancel.
How do I get my licence key?
Immediately. As soon as the payment clears, the key appears on the confirmation page and is emailed to the address you paid with, together with a licence certificate you can download. Keep that email — it is sent once and the key cannot be requested again from the website. If you ever lose it, contact support with your order number.
Is there a free version?
Yes. The demo build scans your whole system and shows you everything it finds, but it only cleans 5 items per run. A licence removes that limit.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase, no reason required. See the Refund Policy for the details and how to request one.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Use the manage-subscription link in any Paddle receipt email, or email us and we will cancel it for you. Cancelling stops future charges — your licence keeps working until the period you already paid for ends.
Who processes the payment?
Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. They handle payment, invoicing and sales tax, and they appear on your bank statement. We never see or store your card details.
We want to use it at work. Which plan do we need?
The business plan. The personal plans are licensed for personal use and do not cover a company, institution or any other legal entity. Pick the number of seats at checkout — you get that many keys at once, one per person. Seats can be reassigned when somebody leaves.
On how many computers can I use one key?
On the computers you personally use. The key is tied to you, not to a machine. Sharing, reselling or publishing your key is not allowed and will get it revoked.
