Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2024

Welcome to Vapor Storage Manager. By purchasing, downloading, or using this software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the software.

License

ProjectENIUS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Vapor Storage Manager. A personal licence (Lifetime, Annual or Monthly) covers use by you as an individual, on the computers you personally use. Sharing, reselling or distributing your licence key is strictly prohibited.

Business and Organisational Use

Use of the software by or on behalf of a company, institution, public body or any other legal entity is not covered by a personal licence and requires a Business licence. Business licences are sold per seat: one seat for each person who runs the application, purchased as a single order that issues that many licence keys at once. Seats are not tied to a named individual, so a seat may be reassigned to another person within the same organisation when somebody leaves. The number of seats can be increased or reduced at renewal. Using personal licences inside an organisation, or using one seat for several people at the same time, is a breach of these Terms and the keys concerned may be revoked.

Disclaimer of Liability

Vapor Storage Manager is designed to safely delete cached and residual files. While our smart algorithm strictly protects user save data, you use this software at your own risk. ProjectENIUS shall not be liable for any accidental data loss, system damage, or loss of profits arising from the use or inability to use the software.

Prohibited Uses

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application. You may not use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Refunds

Every plan is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, no reason required. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and keep working until the paid period ends. The full terms and how to request a refund are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Payments

Orders are sold and processed by Paddle.com, acting as the Merchant of Record. Paddle issues your invoice, collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and appears on your bank statement. We do not receive or store your card details.
